2005 Week 9 Report

The trading deadline has passed. But not before
a few last second deals were made last week. In case you missed it, check

page. Sorry for the delayed Week Nine report, but a painful dental visit
rendered your commissioner ineffective the last couple of days.
Here are the results for Week Nine:

The Running Monks (3-6)
defeated Jo-Boo's Browns Backers (5-4),
84-70.
Receiver U. (8-1)
defeated Orange Julius (4-5),
84-62.
P.O.B.'s Pounders (7-2)
defeated Who-Dey Delight (6-3),
94-78.
Cinnamon Roll Nation (4-5)
defeated The Fat Bus (1-8),
104-63.
There are only 4 weeks left in the regular season,
and it looks like we will have a close, exciting finish as teams compete
for the five remaining playoffs. I say five because Receiver U. has already
clinched one of the six spots. And after this week, we may have another
team clinch a berth. Stay tuned.
