2004 Week 16 Report

Congratulations to the 2004 Super Bowl champions: Hawk 'n' Roll !

Super Bowl Final Score:    Hawk 'n' Roll 87, Los Tres Anillos 67

Back-to-back titles for Hawk 'n' Roll! Pretty impressive stuff from a franchise that gave away McGahee, had their franchise RB Portis drop an *S* bomb all season, and had their best player (Randy Moss) hurt for most of the year. Like last year, this championship game was not very close and Hawk didn't need many points to get the win. Their 2003 opponent, The Steins, put up almost the same number (68) in last year's championship tilt. Hawk didn't do so well with the playoff predictions this year, but still managed to call the final game correctly.

This is what the final playoff bracket looks like:

Like always, it was a great season for some, a decent season for others, and a bad nightmare for the rest. 2005 will start before you know it! Next year's draft will be exciting because hundreds of dollars in transaction fees will be spent on the owners... but you have to present at the draft to partake in the glory. Let's go on record right now and declare Labor Day weekend as our draft time. Don't make plans for this weekend, this will be our draft!

See ya in the fall!
