2004 Week 11 Report
Only two weeks are left in the regular season
before we start the playoffs! As you all know, only six teams qualify for
the postseason and after Week Eleven there are eight teams still alive
for a playoff berth. The two teams that have been mathematically eliminated
are The Fat Bus and P.O.B.'s Pimp Daddies. They can take their combined
three wins and begin preparing for next year's draft. Three teams have
already clinched a playoff berth: E-Z Money, Fightin' Priests, and The
Steins. In addition to clinching a spot in the playoffs, The Steins have
also clinched the Hair Conference championship.
The playoff picture is much more complex this
time around than it has been in recent years. Before we outline each team's
postseason chances, here are the final results for Week Eleven:
|
Who-Dey Delight (6-5)
defeated P.O.B.'s Pimp Daddies (2-9),
149-84.
The Steins (8-3)
defeated Los Tres Anillos (6-5),
108-96.
Hawk 'n' Roll (6-4-1)defeated
The Fat Bus (1-10),
93-64.
Fightin' Priests (7-3-1)
defeated Jo-Boo's Browns Backers (4-7),
87-76.
E-Z Money (8-3)
defeated I'm The Caddy Grandma (6-5),
103-72.
|
Things worth mentioning from Week Eleven:
* Who-Dey Delight scored 149 points! I didn't
get a chance to look at the recent astromony report, but apparently the
stars aligned this past week.
* E-Z Money's defense scored some points! For
the first time all season, they didn't get a goose egg from this position.
Nice going!
* P.O.B.'s Pimp Daddies are officially this year's
League Bitch. They have had a total of 1,187 points scored against them
this year. That's an average of 108 points per game. Ouch!
Alright, here's how the playoff race is shaping
